The Stickwick Estate
Stickwick, with its Manor house, Farmhouse and Cottage makes an ideal self catering rural holiday location or venue for groups. Set in a peaceful area, there are acres of space with expansive farmland views. The properties share the grounds, barbeque and picnic areas.
Stickwick Manor House sleeps up to 12, in 7 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms (4 ensuite); children/pets welcome, can connect with the Farmhouse to sleep a total of 19.
Stickwick Farmhouse sleeps up to 7, in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite); children/pets welcome, can connect with the Manor house to sleep a total of 19.
Stickwick Cottage sleeps up to 5, in 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, plus 1 ensuite shower; children/pets welcome.
On Site Activities
There are activities for all ages, a large rustic play barn has table tennis, a medium sized pool table and darts for the older children and adults; with ride on toys and a dressing up box for the under 5’s, and a selection of bats, balls, skittles for all. The large outdoor play lawn consists of slide, swings, climbing frame and sand pit. Everyone enjoys the nearby woodland walk and visits to see the farm animals including chickens, ducks, and rabbits. The three friendly donkeys, Rocky, Max and Duke love to nibble a carrot!
Catering Extras
Farm larder room - order your groceries in advance, ready for your arrival. We can supply you with, our farm reared rare breed pork (sausages, bacon, chops and pork & apple burgers, joints/gammons),freshly frozen for you. You will also find local eggs, Dartmoor ice cream, Luscombe fruit juice, locally made quality ready meals which can be cooked from frozen, homemade cakes, scones, jams and chutneys (subject to season/availability); you just pick up and pay at the end of your stay.

Internet Shopping- Tesco's will deliver to Stickwick (TQ13 9PR). Please ensure you select a delivery time when some members of your party are on site. NB. Manor deliveries - Known as Stickwick House on the Tesco delivey address list. Please state on delivery instructions not to enter the Manor carpark, but to stop and unload at the side gate at the rear of the Cottage.
