I thought I would take the time to write a few words of thanks for making our short stay at Stickwick House a most memorable one (22/08/09 to 29/08/09).
All members of our party, young and old, thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation and surroundings enormously. The log fires were a real treat for when the weather decided against letting us venture outdoors! The grandeur of the house was well appreciated and I must compliment you in being such excellent hosts.
The donkeys did get fed a lot of carrots during our stay and overall we will cherish our memories of Stickwick House for many years to come.
We sincerely hope to return one day soon.

“ A fabulous house, full of character and charm. You don’t think places like this really exist, only in novels! The view is beautiful with sheep grazing on the hills. It was great for the kids with the play barn, swings, climbing frame and sand pit. Actually, they didn’t argue all week, that says it all! They probably couldn’t find each other the house was so big. Stickwick is very well cared for with everything you will need. On our arrival we were felt welcomed with homemade cakes, fresh milk in the fridge, (which we forgot on our long journey and was dying for a cuppa when we got there) beautiful fresh flowers in the rooms. We really enjoyed our holiday here, I hop anyone who goes will be as excited as us when we first opened the door and ran round the house not being able to take the smile off our faces!”
