The cottage adjoins the Manor House and provides very separate comfortable cottage style accommodation.

Living: The traditional cottage has a country style kitchen/diner with modern appliances including gas hob, electric oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The entrance lobby leads to a delightful living room with comfortable furnishings, digital TV with Free view, DVD player, CD player, exposed beams, wood burner effect electric fire and there are fine views over the lovely Devon countryside. This is a pretty cottage, ideal for a holiday with family or friends.
Bedrooms: The two bedrooms are on the 1st floor of the cottage.
1st floor – 2 bedrooms The Bedroom windows are on the floor level (fitted with safety catches) and overlook the garden.
- Bedroom 1: A very spacious room with double bed plus a single bed. The ensuite shower room with electric shower, wc and washbasin.
- Bedroom 2: Compact twin bedded room.
Bathrooms 1st floor – Separate bathroom suite with bath, wc and washbasin. Ensuite shower room to Bedroom 1 (electric shower, wc and washbasin).
Heating
Gas central heating, electric fire (wood burner effect-living room)
Other property details
There’s a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer. Downstairs WC and washbasin.
Cots (Wooden dropsided)- We can supply a maximum of 1 cot for the Cottage and it will fit in Bedroom 1 easily; Bedroom 2, only with the removal of some funiture (Please discuss before booking).
Stairgates - 2 pressure mounted gates are provided for you to install, where required.
Fireguard- We provide one very long fire guard.
Baby equipment - Other baby equipment is available to hire Baby/pre-school children essentials
Free WiFi internet connection available.
Front Garden
Open plan, sunny, south facing, with your own garden furniture.
Parking
To the side of the property or in the adjacent garage (Max 2 cars).
Dogs
We are happy to accept dogs in our properties (2 per property by arrangement).
