This adjoining Farmhouse has beautiful exposed oak beams and stone features. An ideal property if you’re looking for a traditional Devon farmhouse oozing with character.

Living: The spacious, traditional farmhouse with tiled entrance hall has a lovely lounge with an original stone fireplace with wood burner and comfortable seating arrangements, 32in digital TV with Free view, DVD/video player and CD player. The separate dining room has wonderful exposed oak beams, a stonewall feature, original dresser, large oak dining table, wood burner, picture windows/shutters and 21in TV with built in Freeview and DVD player. This is a unique Devonian property that you’ll talk about for years. The country style kitchen has all the usual modern appliances, fridge, single oven gas range, microwave and dishwasher.
Bedrooms: The three bedrooms are on the first floor of the farmhouse.
1st floor – 3 bedrooms.
- Bedroom 1: One double bed plus a single bed. Features include a pretty cast iron fireplace and picture window seat. The ensuite shower room with electric shower, wc and wash basin.
- Bedroom 2: Compact pretty twin bedded room.
- Bedroom 3: Another pretty twin bedded room.
Bathrooms
1st floor – Bathroom suite with separate electric shower, bath, wc and washbasin. Ensuite shower room to Bedroom 1 (Electric shower, wc and wash basin).

Gas central heating, 2 wood burners.

There’s a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, fridge and freezer. Plenty of space to store walking boots etc. Downstairs WC, with wash basin.
Cots (Wooden dropsided)- We can supply a maximum of 2 cots for the Farmhouse and they will fit in bedrooms 1 and 3.
Stairgates - 2 pressure mounted gates are provided for you to install, where required. (Note- 2 steps at the bottom of stairs, can not be gated off, please ask)
Fireguard- We provide one very long fire guard for you to place where required.
Baby equipment - Other baby equipment is available to hire Baby/pre-school children essentials
Free WiFi internet connection available.

Large car park in yard to the rear of the property (Max 4-6 cars).
