There’s a large utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, fridge and freezer. Downstairs WC, with wash basin. Plenty of space for pets, prams, coats and walking boots etc.
Cots (Wooden drop sided)
We can supply a maximum of 2 cots for the Farmhouse and they will fit in bedrooms 1 and 3.
2 pressure mounted gates are provided for you to install, where required. (Note- 2 steps at the bottom of stairs, can not be gated off, please ask).
We provide one very long fire guard for you to place where required.
