Stickwick Manor & Cottages is a data controller for the purposes of the general Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which becomes effective on 25th May 2018 with the aim of giving individuals control on personal data held about them.
Stickwick Manor & Cottages will store personal data from :
– Enquires (own web site and 3rd party ones we advertise on)
– Booking data (via Holiday Bookings Online/own web site and other third parties we advertise with).
– Third party review services, e.g. Trip Advisor and payment processors e.g Paypal (we do not have access or store your card details).
– Your data will be securely kept on data processors sites/servers and may use the information in the following ways.
– Record title, name, address, phone number, email address, party names and ages (including children), and booking date and payment details. Hotel Record Order 1972. Servers in EAA.
– Process payment details and issue reminders for payment (invoices).
– To send you news and information about Stickwick Manor & Cottages which may be of interest to you by MailChimp server outside EAA. (Unless consent declined).
– Details will be kept on (contracts) bookings for no longer than lawfully required (seven years HMRC).
– We will only share your data with third parties whom are offering a service you have enquired about or carrying out a service on our behalf. We will only share with your consent.
